'93 SVX For Sale
Selling my SVX because I'm tired. I've had several mechanics trying to convert it to a manual tranny only to no avail. The 5sp '98 Legacy GT Tranny is installed but it was setup as a manual clutch cable. The pedal is way to hard to press to change gears. So I went hydraulic but these mechanics can't find place for the master cylinder, so I've given up at that point.
The car runs great, only 124k miles. The interior needs to be redone which is expected being so old. There is no radio, no codes, needs a paint job, decent tires. Car hasn't ran in a year do to the tranny job not being completed. I'm asking for $3k or best offer. I've put way more into it trying to convert to stick and it's been a waste. You just have to cut the fire wall out like 1/2" more from where the transmission wires come into the car

My car used the svx brake booster, though wrx booster may be a better option as it might be slightly smaller dimensions
I Had a shop in Green Cove Springs, in Jacksonville Fl area do the wielding work for me if you want to have them do the work let me know I will get you the info. I see your up near atlanta GA not sure if it would be worthwhile for you to do the work down this way. but if it is let me know.
