Lost 3rd gear on my 2nd 92 SVX two weeks ago and needs a new trans.
I know this was going to happen when I got the car 18 month ago because the experience I had with my 1st SVX. So I got an extended warranty from stoprepairbills.com to cover my SVX w/180,000mil.

They authorized my repair and I only have to paid waste and disposal feeds to the shop.

$2200 for 5yrs warranty and the repair bill was $3500-4000 :-)

Somebody got them. Good job, they call me once a month but have no idea what kind f car I have, cuz I ask them what car are you talking about.

svxwill, that is really good to know. Did the company dictate what shop you brought your car too? Did you have an option?

any licensed shop, customer option...takes about week for the inspection and approval process

Hey, good for you man!

thanks, its a strange warranty. They send me a bottle of engine additives to put in my car and by using the product the car was warranted. Just have to drive 1000mil and 3 month waiting period to proof its working car.
