I don't know of too many SVXers in any area, nor in any era. Yours sure looks nice. Good luck on finding an informed, value-conscious buyer with taste. There aren't enough of them either.

Well I still have this. Price for you guys dropped to $2700. That is pretty firm otherwise I will keep it. I just don't have time to work on it and would like someone to enjoy it. I kinda hope it doesnt sell :-)

Re: 1994 SVX in DFW TX

Due to deleted pm's I can't prove what I am about to say, but it is what it is.

I initially was told that the motor got a rebuild, but then later learned that it was just a reseal. Just a fix of leaking gaskets. The owner was screwed over by bad info and the end result was an oil burning motor that still leaked some oil.
Other than the motor it had a nice paint job and good suspension upgrades. Basically a great looking car (saw it in person).

Again, I deleted those pm's so this is nothing that can be proved, but that is what I know about apocalixto's car in the state it was in when he decided to sell it.

I sure wished I had known more about my POS SVX before I had bought it!!!

Hope you fix it up and are happy with it!

Re: 1994 SVX in DFW TX

Haha well I guess that makes since. The motor does still leak oil, and I believe burns some, but it has been running the past year with no real problems to me. Just don't really have the time or tools to remove the engine, reseal it, and other stuff. And as for the nice paint job I don't know what happened but it has started cracking pretty bad. If I was to keep it I would be looking at a repaint in the next couple of years.
