Re: who wants an aftermarket rear sway bar?

Nice work man! i see it's been a bit of a problem getting shops to fab your bar, if you need some shop to fab up some bars let me know.
A customer of mine has a CNC bender and heat treat ovens.. They mfg springs, so also have the software and engineering to have stress calcs and deflection numbers ETC..

I don't want it to die either. That's why my shop is bending some bars for me right now!

Re: who wants an aftermarket rear sway bar?

Well I stopped by the metal shop last saturday and he had the metal in but had not yet bent them, so I was kinda let down because he'd had them in for a while. However, I told him I would REALLY like to have them by this coming saturday simply because I was keeping people waiting and I did not like doing that.

Also, I have ordered 10 sets of bushings (energy suspension greaseable type) and they should be in this week. In addition to that, I ordered a set of endlinks from a new company because my old source fell through. I bought one pair two try for fitment/performance on my car, and I was quite impressed with their product. I have since ordered and received 5 more sets, and will order 5 more again next week to bring the total to 10.

I've also been given contact information for a local powdercoater, and plan on organizing things with him this week.

After I get the bars in, I'll test fit each one, stamp their serial numbers, and then have them powdercoated. So, I imagine we're still a month out, but I'm starting to get more and more parts in, so I just thought I'd let everyone know.

Great job. Just in time for getting my baby back together. Can we pick powdercoat colors? Would like dark bronze if you can get it.
