Power cutting out.
It started with the engine felling like it would lag every once and awhile. Now it has gone to the next step. The whole car as a shortage of power. Sometimes I think it has something to do with the ignition key. But, you can do what ever you like to the key cylinder. Turn it slow, wiggle it or turn the car off and on. Any advice. Thanks Bill

Re: Power cutting out.
Your MAF may be bad, try cleaning it out with cleaner that LEAVES NO RESIDUE. If that doesn't work it could also be the actual solders inside the MAF.
It could also be that your TPS is going out. Search for "throttle position sensor" under the search tab and you can find out how to test that. Also make sure you are ONLY USING PREMIUM GAS, check spark plugs, fuel filter,... |

Re: Power cutting out.
It's not the simple things. I'm talking about power from the battery. Power to the coils and every thing else. Thanks for the replies though. Bill.

Re: Power cutting out.
I see, you were talking it is short of electrical power? I was thinking along the lines that the motor is weak-horsepower.
