They arrived today. Never got a shipping label or an email stating it was shipped. Had to pay $45 worth of custom fees. Not impressed with the packaging at all considering I know how UPS handles boxes. Hopefully they work.

I didn't quite understand where to put the grommet...so it's just chilling behind my headlamp for now...

I believe that it is for a different style of headlight system.

What could they have done so you wouldn't have to pay customs?

Just installed my HID's after a forever wait for them to come. I have 35watt/6000k low, and 35watt/3000k fogs and I'm very happy the way they look and the lighting is great.
