Has anyone tried this oil filter??
I read that a 944 oil filter will fit the svx,true enough its about twice as long and fits perfect.This would be of great benefit for the guys running boost.

you could always just go this route and only change like once a yr.
so far so good on my svx. http://www.amsoil.com/catalog.aspx?code=EAO20-EA btw - why would this be gr8 for those running boost? especially since there aren't that many boosted EG33's

Because since the filter is larger it should in theory provide cooler oil to a turbocharger,also it increases your capacity to hold a little more oil.I'm already thinking about fabbing up a coolair duct.

This is the only size oil filter I use on all the SVX's I have owned...
