Reading X "ROOMS BOOKED" Thread
.
 Once the rooms contract for Reading is received and entered into the HI reservation system, I want everyone who actually books a room to enter the following information: Your first and last name Your screen name Number of nights booked Confirmation number (given by the hotel if you call, or online after you register) This will be the master list of who has actually registered at the hotel and makes it easier to add rooms to the block in a timely manner. We will make it a sticky so that it will always be visible. Just copy this line and paste it, changing only the pertinent information: John Hoffman.. "svxcess".. 3 nights.. xxxxxxxx .

You can register online HERE
Once on their homepage, select your check-in and check-out dates on the left side of the screen. Enter SVX in the "Group Code" box and leave "Best Available". as the Rate Preference. Then click the yellow "Check Availability" button. Your next screen should show you the room choices at the $78.00/night rate. Click the "Reserve' button of your choice. ON the next page, enter your personal information and CC information. Be sure to check the two boxes at the bottom of the page. Click the "Confirm Reservation" button. Your next page gives a recap of everything and your confirmation number at the top of the page. Remember, your credit card WILL NOT be charged until after you check out, so register early. There are no holds or advance deposits held against your card. Here is the cancellation Policy: Canceling your reservation before 6:00 PM (local hotel time) on your date of arrival will result in no charge. Canceling your reservation after 6:00 PM (local hotel time) on the date of your arrival, or failing to show, will result in a charge of 1 night per room to your credit card. Taxes may apply.
