1992 SVX LS-L For Sale

I am selling my SVX, because in a few months, I am changing duty stations, and not taking a car with me. I have had my SVX for about 2 and a half years now, and to be honest, at first it was problem after problem, but within the last year and a half, I have had only 2 issues, which was the crank pulley needing replacement, and the throttle wires needing tightening. At the moment, it runs great.

Details:
1992 SVX LS-L. Claret color with 170,500 miles. VIN# is JF1CX3535NH108593. I have the carfax report for it. I have taken care of it as long as I have had it, and always maintained it properly, giving it anything that it needs. Only Mods: Factory radio replaced with Alpine CD/MP3 player, tinted windows, a Permacool external transmission filter was added, and the tires (see below). Located in Fort Collins, Colorado.

Parts replaced (with documentation):
Crank Pulley, fan belt, alternator belt (@ 169,000)
Exhaust donut gaskets replaced with pipe (@ 162,167)
Internal transmission filter (with ATF flush) (@159,000)
Alternator, Spark plugs, spark plug coils, air filter (@ 157,570)
Permacool external transmission filter added (@ 153,252)
Thermostat gasket, timing belt, cam seals, crank seals, valve cover gaskets, water pump, water pump gasket, camshaft idler pulleys, camshaft idler, camshaft tensioner, upper radiator hose, engine cooling hose 1, knock sensor #2, transmission resistor, battery (@ 150,572)
Throttle position sensor, PS return hose, and PS hose 2 (somewhere around 150,000, I don't really remember)
Fan relays, engine coolant sensor, engine temperature sensor (@ 145,000)
Radiator (140,385)
Drivers side axle (129,884)
The previous owners told me that the transmission was rebuilt around 125,000 miles, but there is no paperwork for that. However, the transmission is marked "Remanufactured by Subaru". It shifts perfectly.

Other replaced parts: Battery Pan, rearview mirror, fog lights, drivers side sleeve lock regulator, main window control switch

There are 2 sets of tires: Kumho Ecsta Supra Sport tires (for summer, with 10,000 miles on them) and Kumho Ecsta ASX all seasons (with 20,000 on them)

Issues/Problems:
Mechanical:
The Power steering high pressure hose leaks.
The hood props are shot

Cosmetic:
Windshield has a very large crack on the far drivers side corner. It has been there since the day I bought it. The crack is sealed, and does not obstruct vision, but it is quite large.
The drivers side fender has a dent in it.
There is some hail damage, as well as other scrapes and dings
The drivers seat leather seam has split (on the bottom portion, not the portion where your back rests)
The trunk release lever "cap" is missing.
The rear spoiler has a few chips
Droopy sun visors
The center console button is missing
The drivers side front rim is backwards (I have the proper one, but it is dented)
The ashtrays no longer flip up at the press of a button (you have to manually open them)

KBB value at "Fair" condition is $3510. I am asking $3000 OBO.

Remember that the windshield will cost about $1,000 to replace.
