prob #2... My 4 cyl. ranger would have a tough time towing a svx from Maine to Mass.

problems ...
So the only "major" issues with it are the tranny? I wonder if I could get it trailored to TomSVX or Budfreak ...

The only issue with it is the tranny...unless you count the dents as an issue..interior is in excellent shape and motor is great look in your phonebook or online for rental places around your house its not expensive to rent a trailer

Hey,
It must be vey frustrating not being able to sell tis car.You must've just come in at the wrong time, because your asking price is beyond fair. I think you should just go ahead and fix it, and try selling it as a driving car. I know you can find 4.11 trannies and rear for under 400 total. I'm sure you'd end up with more than the 650 + cost of repairs if you sold it whole. Just my 2 cents

Not everybody has a vehicle that can safely tow a 4,000 pound car. You may also look to purchase a good used SVX transmission from someone doing a 5 speed swap and pay someone to put it in. That would easily pay for itself in the increased sale price, and a driving car is definetly easier to sell. Good Luck with it. If you are patient and list it in a few places I am sure it will sell.
