Parts list to rebuild PS pump
My pump is noisy (not the o-ring) and I'd like to rebuild it. From another post I found this parts list:
34425AA000 Gasket $2.88 31263GA840 Ball Bearing $14.35 34424AA000 Oil Seal $9.15 31263GA900 O.ring $3.48 31263GA890 O.ring $0.52 34427AA000 O.ring $0.52 QTY. 2 34427AA010 O.ring $0.86 31260GA050 O.ring $2.33 I'd like to know if this is complete or not. Can anyone verify?

I also bought a bunch of stuff to rebuild it. I can post my parts list in a few hours, and we can compare.

Be carefull when rebuilding it. I broke mine then I tried to rebuilt it.

Are these parts the same if you have electronically controlled steering vs. engine speed sensing?
At the risk of sounding stupid (not the first time . . .  ), what and where exactly are the differences between the two different steering systems?I had a chance to buy ($15) a pump from a car with engine speed sensing steering but I passed on it because both of mine are LSL's. Am I about to hate myself?  Dan

Good question. I took a look at subaruparts.com, and the same pump is used for both systems.

I'll just mark that up to "learning something new everyday" and get on with my life. Of course I only had one SVX at that time so the idea of collecting spare parts wasn't quite as important and I hadn't 'discovered' subaruparts.com yet . . .  Dan
