i think it's time for "the swap"

I've gone through a tranny and two ring and pinions in less than a year. The tranny was 5 days after I bought the car so it was no fault of my own. The first front diff issue was due to an accident. (someone hit me while parked overnight) As for the second ring and pinion, who knows. The tranny shop blamed it on parts from Subaru as it was covered under warranty, but either way I'm tired of it. I want a 5 spd. So if anyone can help, I'd like a list of what I need to start stockpiling, and a name of who to go to once I get the stuff. I'm willing to drive if it's someone from the forum who has experience with 5 speed swaps. I've got some good friends here in Jacksonville that do major custom work but they don't really want to undertake an SVX swap. Any help would be appreciated.
