Mod for Power Split???

I just bought an svx and I remember seeing on an svx enthusiast site a few years back that there was some sensor that you could unplug that would keep the power split in the 50/50 mode. Has anyone else seen this or done this to their own??

The question is "Why would you want to?" Without some 'slippage' between the front and rear you would have driveline binding that would eventually cost you money, not only in gas but also broken bits.
