JDM Subaru emblem

I was wondering how i could get the Subaru thing thats on the back of the JDM SVX's. I think its Subaru written in a gray color. I have seen it on Mike's (green1995svx) and i want it for mine too. I have a subaru thing from the back of an 88 GL but i want the JDM one.

What are you refering to? Do you mean "Subarau" written on the back, or the tail light cluster, or...?

The part number for the JDM "SUBARU " rear emblem (actually die-cut vinyl is 93060PA130 for the dark gray and 93060PA140 for the bright blue.

These are JDM part numbers and the price is 680JPY ($6.37USD)

Their minimum commission of $28.00 plus shipping makes it far to expensive to get by itself. I ordered one when I got my JDM taillight panel and BOXER engine cover from them years ago. (probably one of the first members of the network to get them for my pearlie in time for Reading III)

Maybe its something Dayle at Motorsport Warehouse would be willing to get as part of his shipment of JDM parts. I'm sure he could sell them.

If they're just vinyl...wouldnt it be A LOT cheaper just to have a local shop cut some out for you?

Good point, Scott.

I'm not sure if I like that decal. I like the SVX being "mysterious" and people guessing at who makes it.

A lot of sign places will have company logos on hand so there's no design required and cost would be minimal.

If anyone wants vinyl cut I could see if I can do all the labor myself at the shop I used to work at and pass on the savings to everyone here.

it was a litte different than die-cut vinyl. It was actually a clear decal with the "SUBARU" printed on it.

I can do that too. The "Gerber Edge" is what I've used to do vinyl printing.

Yes, an exact replica could be produced with a Gerber Edge.
