Car Stand, type you drive up and it tips over

Hello all, I have a customer who is an Auctioneering firm, they are very well know and reputable. I was wandering thru their consumer type stuff and found this:

It is an auction and have not bid on anything of theirs yet, so I don't know how you would actually get it, but the auctions are performed online so anyone can bid.
The bigger issue is if you won this item, how would you get it to your home.

fyi, I'm not endorsing the company or the stuff they auction, I just know there may be some interest in this item out there. Also, some of these things auction off for as little as $50.
