Well that sucks that people can't deal with others in an upfront straight fashion, and feel the need to screw others over.

So who does he have to refund, and why?.........I'd be careful if getting parts from this person, unless you are going to pick them up in person (and given the "apparent" history of the seller, I'd probably just go elsewhere.)

i doubt he is going to make any refunds to anyone. sounds like a scammer to me. guess it's quick and easy cash, until one day someone pounds his head in, he'd probably do the same. would be interested to see if anyone has seen him on other car boards posting the same type of deals......
