August 16-17 - Summer Sizzler Autocross (Cumberland Airport)

Sorry for the late notice, the time is just FLYING by.

Tom and I would be happy to host anyone who wants to brave the heat for the next Cumberland Autocross, the Summer Sizzler, August 16th and 17th.

Details on the Autocross, including registration information, can be found on the National Road Autosports website. (Click on '2008 info'.)

Directions to SVXfiles Subaru Performance and Repair (aka our house ) can be found on our website and I can check on other lodging in the area for anyone who is interested. Just PM me.

We don't have anything specifically planned, but I'm hoping to finally be able to use my new, improved firepit! We have lots of donated lumber, and I've started ordering Asti already.

I must be planning to be there. I just registered myself driving OT's SUPERCHARGED car!!! ( My car was TOO SLOW!!!)

I spoke with Dave Williams (who is the Head Honcho of
The National Road Autosports group that is having this autocross)
today and He said we had till Tuesday, or Wednesday to get registered for the autocross events.
It is $35.00 for (usually) five runs.
If you have not driven at The Cumberland Autocross this year, you will have to get "teched". It does not taker long, but they close by 9:30 I believe.
The drivers meeting is at 9:00 or so, so it is best to be here at the airport by 8:45AM!!!!!!!
