my second issue of the day. I got my car started today after an electric issue i had but also I replaced both drive belts I feel like the more driver side belt (smaller one that goes to ac compressor) didnt get tight enogh. could that cause the car to drive funny. it felt like it was reving more buy not going as fast as normal also the check engine light came back on

If you have a check engine light, see what the code is. It's very easy to do. See the how-to documents. Start with that.
