If your car shakes when you apply the brakes, AND your suspention parts, ball joints, tie rod ends, alignment, etc. are all fine and tight, then your rotors are probably warped.
If you have a dial indicator with a magnetic base, then you can remove your wheels and tires, reinstall at least three wheel nuts per rotor, and check for warpage that (the correct) way.
The discard thicknesses for the front and rear rotors are; 1.024" front,
and 0.335" rear.
