When I moved from Pittsburgh to Cumberland in 1987, I was delighted to see in The Cumberland Times newspaper a write up of a man who was arrested for stealng 35 cents from the "Wishing Pool" in down town Cumberland.
I thought to myself, Self, If a man stealing 35 cents makes the papers, this must be a good and safe town.
Flash forward fifteen years.
Some waste of life kills a local, PC= mentally deminished person, with a bat,
later said to have a nail in it...
A crowd of low lifes, sitting around drinking beer/wine, whatever,
like eight guys,
watch one of their own beat a man to death...
An unarmed man with a dissability...
Now this person is out and about...
