Hi Keven.
I will have to look into this to see if it is possible.

Even though the XT6, and the Legacy Outback use the 4EAT transmissions, the bell housings are different, and they might use different bearings, the pinion shafts might need different seals,,, untill I get a chance to call the local Subaru dealership, I just don't know.
Back when I had my 88+89 awd XT6i, they had 3.70 to one R+P ratios.
Does your fwd have 3.90?

Are there any Loyale based fwd 4EATs with gears with a higher (numerically) ratio? Tom.
