Yes, thats what I meant, and "on paper" its a great idea, but...

It is my experience, and that of others in the automotive repair fields, that unless a car has less than 20,000 miles since new, or a rebuild, or the last power flush, it could wash out any fibers/sludge/varnish/debris that are keeping the seals/O-rings from failing.
There was recently a thread reguarding this, and the general agreement was that the Jiffy Lube process usually ended in failure. BTW, they make you sign a waver to say, when/if your trans fails, its not their fault Tom
