Anything special about a few of the fuel lines around the tank?

My car has developed a habit of trying to pee on things right in front of it's left rear wheel. With copious amounts of fuel. So, time to drop the tank and replace everything.

Before I go spending money I wanted to clear up something that has me scratching my head. Specifically, item #13 and 16:

They're called out as the fuel delivery lines, and those particular sections are the soft/flex hoses. The prices shown here are $18 and $24 respectively. I know they're high pressure lines, but is there something special that justifies these prices? Or keeps me from just running to the local parts store and buying a couple feet of the correct diameter line for $5?
