It LOOKS like a stock SVX single row radiator with a plastic bottom tank, but with a hand welded top tank.
Most SVX radiator failures are in the top tank.
I have already asked Silla to produce all aluminum SVX radiators for us, but the demand is too low.
I have been in contact with other radiator manufacturers and am still in negotiations.
