This is true, on both counts. You would be better off having the two tires swapped from side to side, and leaving the camber alone. But if you're going to do that, might as well just get new tires and have them put on.
Chuck, is that really bad camber, or is that car messed up? There's no way they could have gotten the camber so positive through normal means. Damn.
