It's the cylinder with a square block and electrical connector coming out of the airbox.
Pop the 4 tabs holding the airbox closed, loosen the strap clamp holding the intake hose the to back end of the MAF and unplug the connector. Lift the top of the airbox and slide the whole thing apart from the hose. Inside the airbox lid are 4 10mm bolts. Remove these and the MAF falls off. The bracket inside the airbox will also fall out, just put it back where it belongs when you install the new one.
No tricks, no fancy tools. If you can't figure it out as you go then you really shouldn't be holding a wrench.
