They had their meeting last week and set the dates.
There has been talk of the first weekend being a 'test and tune' weekend.
They will set up a partial course where you can drive till you're tired, and practice. There will be a space set up where you can practice running in a circle till the tires let go, so you can feel out new set ups. etc.. This will NOT be on the website. It is so the 'local' guys can kick butt when company comes.
