The stock main cat has flanges, and the magnaflow one has slip-on pipes. Also, the inlets and outlets are different sizes. You won't be able to use it without modifying the rest of your exhaust system. What I did was cut the pre-cats after the first 45* bend, and cut the midpipe just in front of the resonator (get rid of the small bend behind the main cat). Then I used 2" flex pipes from the pre-cats into the Magnaflow, and a small piece of 2.5" pipe from the back of the cat to the resonator. You'll need adapters as well, but I can't recall the size offhand.

I'll have my car up on jackstands tomorrow, I can take pictures if it will help.
