THIS^ just occured to me.
Perhaps the axle nut was not staked properly and has become loose.
The torque spec is 123 -152 foot/pounds.
Note YT torques his to 123, and I go to 152.
He to reduce wear on the bearings,
and I to make sure that it is tight enough.
Both are correct.
