As a general rule, different sizes front/rear are a bad idea on an AWD car, unless you really like replacing transmissions. However, (and this is just my opinion, other people may strongly disagree), if the sizes are chosen carefully then it can be done. That being said, there are a few problems with that size.

They're much taller than stock (over an inch), and when combined with the extra width and lower offset I'd bet money on the rears at least rubbing the fenders heavily. Also, there's about a 0.3" diameter difference between your tire sizes. Running a 255 width rear brings the difference down to 0.1".

Overall I think not the best choice. Are you in a position to trial fit them first?
