That is bad information.
You only install the fuse if you absolutely have to.
Like if you have a flat tire, you have to install the spare on the front of the car, (and install a stock tire on the rear if the flat was on the rear) the fuse allows the car to temporarily be driven to the tire store, as a FWD without burning up thr F/R clutches.
