I am posting these results for Jerry as he can not see his computer to type.
Jerry and friends had a shootout at the farm today since he is unable to work.
He calls it the Redneck Haven Results.
The contest was a competion between a Viet Nam era Redneck, a Gulf War era Redneck, Mountain Man Dan, and our own Jerry.
Two shooters had never seen the weapon, a 1934 Winchester 22 Long Rifle bolt action with peep sights.
The distance was 34 yards, and todays winds are 10-30mph gusts.
The target is 2.5" tall, 12" wide with a 3/4" black bullseye in the center.
Each shooter got a fresh target.
Greg had 7 shots, and 7 kills. (Viet Nam, never saw the weapon before)
Jason 9 shots, 7 kills. (Gulf War, never saw the weapon before)
Dan 6 shots 5 kills.
Jerry 5 shots 4 kills.
BTW its a 35 degree day Whiskey Day!
A kill is a shot that lands within 2" of the center of the bullseye!
Talking to Jerry now it SOUNDS like they ALL had ALOT more shots!
Jerry's daughters Indian name is "Spending Prom Night Home Alone!"
