The mounting of the BRZ rack is very different from the SVX and would require modification of the subframe to fit. That being said, if you could make it work it would be an awesome mod. Not only to remove the pump and associated parts/weight, but also to get a better steering ratio. I don't know what the SVX has (Google isn't helping me out much), but a BRZ's rack is 13.1:1. Compare this to a WRX at 16.5 and STi at 15:1. I have a feeling it would take significant rework of the bits under the dashboard though, the electric motor on the column probably occupies a fair amount of space that's currently used by other things.
