You can get a timing belt + idlers kit on Ebay, might as well do them too. Don't forget the WP/T-stat gaskets.

Yes it does. Tightening it back is the hard part... You'll have to find a way to wedge a screwdriver or something between the flywheel and bell housing to keep it from turning while you torque it down to the proper spec.

When you put the timing covers back on don't overtighten them. The captive nut is held in to the plastic rear cover and will break the plastic very easily.

Removing the radiator makes the job a lot easier. It might be a good idea to get new rad hoses as well if yours are old.
