Well first of all aside from the front seats the interior of the SVX actually weighs very little, so you're not gaining much by gutting it. Second, after driving my SVX in various conditions of half-finished work (missing interior, missing exhaust parts, etc), I can tell you with absolute surety that I will never drive a stripped out car on the road again. The road noise is absolutely atrocious, exposed metal looks like crap... Granted these are my own personal opinions, but I like my car in large part because the interior of the SVX is a nice place to be for extended periods of time. When it's missing parts I just can't wait to get home and get out of it.
