From the factory,
Every 4.11, or 4.44 for that matter, has fewer F/R clutches than an SVX.
Every stock, 3.545 SVX 4EAT has a program to soften the hard shifts.

And every 4.44, or 4.11 that I have installed has been used.
This is because we are all on some kind of budget, usually.

If you install two equally worn used transmissions, and one has the advantage of steeper gearing, the one that has the mechanical advantage of lower gearing will move the object easier.

Once an object is moving it is much easier to continue the movement.
Most of the heat, and wear in our transmissions come from the starting of the movemet.
