Subaru EG33 engine - 1000 hours
Over the summer my Subaru EG33 powered aircraft flew past the 1000 hour mark. I would guess that at least 75% of that time this EG33 has been run at 5000 RPM … what a great engine.
 A friend and I decided to take a leisurely cruise down the river. I always have cameras running and got a few videos of that flight. Your videos are always a treat.
That much time at a steady 5,000 rpm proves the EG33 would make a great boat engine. I have a spare one I've always wanted to put in a boat with above water exhaust.
