hey guys! i did get burnt by mr. caddillac aka adenis or whatever he is. my dad is taking legal action, so if anyone has any helpful informatoin in prosecuting those b**tards, please let me know! thanks guys!

Not quite sure yet, but I'm starting to think Beans SVX ripped me off. Its been almost 4 weeks since I sent him the payment and I havent heard from him or recieved anything yet. Hes been online acouple times but hasent replied to my PM's since I sent him the payment, things could just be going slow though. I'll update when I learn more.
Update: I finally did get the parts I ordered from Beans but it took over a month and was very hard to get in touch with him. I deffinetly will not buy anything else from him. dustin

I bought a spare tire from Revocue about 1 1/2yr ago. After waiting two months and countless emails I took action especially when his emails started bouncing. I looked up his info and called him directly and got I think his mom. I threatened legal action and to have him arrested if I did not get my $ back. Needless to say, I got my money back via certified check within 3 days.
This is a very good thread!

I think rbalach in texas also is having problems with beans svx. He started a thread about his parts never arriving.

Warning !!
To date, it looks like Beans has $200 or more of members money and has not sent the parts that he sold. No one has heard from him for 4 weeks now and his PM box is full. I would like to warn everyone that he is not sending the parts that he has sold. I would not do business with him in the future if he shows up here again. I am more disterbed by this because I thought he was a reliable member and had done buisness here with good results. Let's hope he will still come through.

I think burgundy beast was dead on with the warning.
Almost every auction by svxpartsforyou94 has a bidder with 0 feedback - svxpartsnow - bidding up the auction. Looks like his own personal reserve system - if the auction doesn't go high enough he uses this dead name to win the auction or bid it up. I guarantee all of that junk that didn't go high enough and was won by svxpartsnow will be back up for auction very quickly. This guy is pure scum.
