I don't know who bought it, but I had to deal with the guy who posted here and I could not talk to the owner (his dad). I got frustrated real fast because I could not deal with anybody except the middle man. I waited 2 weeks for someone to look at it after I offered to buy it. Oh well, it sold and someone else owns it. Maybe they will show up here. He would not give me any details. I have never delt with a sale like this one. I guess I didn't want to drive from Boston anyway. I was going to have Tom install my new lights on it if I got it and drove through that country. He installed the lights on svxcess's car.

Thinking about it, it seems that there was no intent to sell it here. My guess is that a friend thought he wanted it, and your offer was used to confirm a price. You only had a chance if the someone backed out. Why else would a dedicated buyer, you, wait two weeks for 'someone else' to look at it? This was the guys first post?
