Didn't get any responses so I purchased a new sensor from the dealer. Can anyone tell me how to replace the sensor? Is it something that is just unplug and remove from the rotor?

Looks kike it's the rack/pinon. last time I had to replace, I purchased a steering rack from Parts Geek at a very reasonable price of about $250+ but now it's about $325 w/same refundable core...

The fliter is located on the black charcoal canister which is in the front passenger side between the AC dryer and radiator. There are two fuel vapor lines on the top of the canister, one to take...
