Cranky Pulley
Question about the crank pulley. Mine is making a clicking noise and is wobbling slightly. I removed the belt to see if it had separated, but I could not remove the pulley from its center...But it did spin independently from the center and crankshaft. I'm pretty sure this is not supposed to happen. I think I am going to replace it with the one piece pulley from Motorsports. They DO have a oem size one that takes the stock belts, correct? Is it pretty easy to remove the center bolt and replace the pulley or is more work involved? Should the car be parked until repaired?
PS. This is the second pulley thats been on the car, first one separted and fell off when driving. Caleb |

DO NOT DRIVE IT! I've been through something similiar and trust me, you don't want it to be any worse than it is. Check my locker for pics of the chaos. here's the thread about what I went through.:http://www.subaru-svx.net/forum/show...t=WTF+happened
