Security system

This might be a silly question, but I have to ask
Was the security system installed in all LS-L models of SVX?
Mine has everything including T package, but i don't see the alarm button.
How do I check for it?

Canadian SVX's don't have the security system (at least not the 92's)

From what I've heard:

All SVXi were wired for all options.

No Canadian versions came with the factory alarm, (I guess cars are safer way up north, EH?).

I think could buy and install part #SOA386R122 (the kit dealers installed into non alarm equipped US versions). It's available from www.subaruparts.com, www.1stsubaruparts.com and possibly through your local Subaru parts counter.
