Has anybody tried this stuff on a carburated motorcycle ? I've got an 86 honda 1100 that hesitates a bit, i'm sure its the carbs, just wondering if i can do the same treatment instead of tearing the whole carbs apart. Want to be cautious since theres lots of rubber parts in the carbs and don't want this stuff eating it up.

Thanks

One should think long and hard before dumping industrial solvents willy-nilly into the fuel tank of ANYTHING.

The best we could do was to push it down to ?8, and that with over 50% of each additive! The reason is simple: both Toluene and Xylene are major components of normal gasoline! They're already in there in substantial quantities."

Well, yes, they're fractional components of gasoline. That doesn't mean it's cool to dump 'em into your tank by the quart.

If two aspirin ease my headache, maybe taking the whole bottle will make me feel really, really good.

I realize that. Just posting my observations. This way change can be measured over time.

As for going about pouring miscellaneous things into the gas tank, hey someone's gotta be the test mule.

As far as using better fuel is concerned, I was told I could go to the airport and get 108 oc at $4 a gallon and mix that with the 90 oc in town.
Apparently people do that around here.
