I'm Insulted!
Went through a local drive-thru with my SVX the other day. I tend to get questions from the people working when they see the odd windows. This time it was the wrong kind of question.
"Is That A Ford Probe?" AAaaaaarrrrgggghhh!

Stealth's a better mistake, but why don't people just ask "What kind of car is that?" Instead they try to guess when they obviously don't know.

I've heard 3kGT, Stealth, Eclipse, Probe, New BMW (I have no idea which). Probe got to me as well. But they don't know so we have to educate.

The only one I've gotten was "Corvette", so I was pretty happy with the comment. But I know the woman, and she really couldn't tell a Corvette from a Chevette.

heh. All I've ever gotten is dumbfounded stares that say "My Lord! What the Hell is that!?" And I have to say, I love messing with the drive-through people's minds when they realize it's a half-window.

My favorite was "Is that a jaguar?"
My least favorite was, "Looks like a stretched out Eclipse." |

I guess being called a 'Ford Probe' is better than a 'Saturn'!
