Vintage Subie

Wow, saw this and was taken back. I owned two 83 GL sedans FWD, an 81 GLF coupe 5 speed FWD, and an 84 GL 10 4x4 Wagon Hi/Lo I havent seen one on the road in about five years at least. Wish I still had my 81 GLF Coupe, great little car, but the rust demons took these cars so fast, otherwise they would still be on the road today in bigger numbers. Yes they were way underpowered by todays standards, but great little subies, and gear driven, no timing belts. Anyone here had a few

I know that car. I've ridden in it. It is every bit as nice as the description states.

Personally I've owned five or six EA82 Wagons and one coupe. And still own an 86 Brat, it is currently in storage awaiting some rust repair

Re: Vintage Subie

I know that car personally as well. If you want a vintage Subaru that is the one to buy. The guy that owns it (Steve) is very meticulous about that car. Also, he did some work to that motor...that car isn't slow
