Don't have one ... And even if I did, I've never used one before... I think I'm just worried about ******* something up when I have so little funds to fix something twice...

I'll call the wreckers about going out there this weekend to check out that 1999 Legacy 5MT driveshaft and see if it is the same used on our cars... If it's not, screw it, I'll just buy one from you Tom... Tell ya what... College has just made me so impatient with getting things done.

May 17th is the next big NCR Autocross... Everyone is expecting me to be back in the SVX since the last time I Autocrossed with the NCR I took FTD in a stock powered RS... So I am really looking forward to getting the SVX back out on the Autocrossing scene ... It's alittle hard to Autocross, or drive the SVX hard for that matter, when the driveshaft is making all sorts of noise under full throttle in 1st gear at low speeds ... Really hard to get a good "launch" too... I have to ease it off the line ...

May 17th is a long way out... Take your time and do it right the first time, or else how are you ever gonna have time to do it right a second?

I hear that... Well keep one of those DS's around... I might just end up buying one after all...

Alright Tom... I can't be bothered to get the one from the junk yard... It's price alone was $180 and I know that means I'd be saving about $50 but it's not worth it if the job isn't done right...

So your DS's have been balanced to ensure smoothness? Correct size and will not make any noises under acceleration right?? New center carrier bearings??

Let me get settled into my new house this weekend and I'll make arrangments to pick a DS up from ya Thanks man...

Center bearing hasn't been touched but I scrap them with bad ones... Changing them is not feasible. It will come with a new front universal joint w/ a zerk fitting so it can be greased. Yes they are straight and balanced and will not make noise or vibrate. They are the correct length of course. Let me know so I can reassemble the center CV

Alright Tom... Finally in the new house... Stuff is strewn all over my room and my bed isn't even together, but I got the most important thing together (the computer ) and that's what matters... First bills should be coming up soon and I want to make sure that i have budgeted correctly before I drop $200+ on something that I don't really "need" at the moment... But I will let you know ASAP about it... Because either way, I have the BIG Autocross on the 17th of May that I HAVE to get to and I'll HAVE TO GET IT IN THE CAR BY THEN... I'll let you know soon about it then man... take care..
