I need two very small items

I would like to have a complete stock car. I need a wrench that was in the arm rest. I have three cars and second owner of one and none of my cars have one. I also would like to know if I could purchase the svx pen. I have one but the light does not work.

I believe I have a little wrench around here somewhere I could give you. I've never seen the pen before though.

Really no pen its kind of neat I think. How much for the other tool thing? I will never need to use it I believe I just want to make one of mine a complete car. I know its silly but that is me, quite silly

This pen came tucked in the owners manual sleeve when I bought my '96 new. But it doesn't light up. I still haven't found a refill cartridge for it yet.

What was the wrench for? By "armrest" do you really mean the center console (behind the e-brake)?

Mine came with a small set of tools along with the tire iron and wheel chocks in a little vinyl bag. No extra wrench was up front.

There was a pen light that also was put in the owners manual. I have not seen the pens before, but have seen the pen lights. It does light up if the battery is not dead.

The wrench is used to move the seat belt back to the locked position if it doesn't work. It is found below the felt in the bottom of the console.

Do you have a picture of what the pen looks like? I saw a pen on ebay a while ago but couldnt find it in the completed items. I thought about buying it, I have a collection of ink pens. Silly hobby of mine.
They do sell an STi pen on subaruparts.com but thats probably not the one you are looking for since yours has a light in it.

There is a Pen and a Penlight. One of my cars came with a pen. Here is a pic of the pen. It does not have a light in it. Humm, I don't recall if the 97 has one or not--I think I will check today.

Is there one wrench or two? I have one in my center console under the felt as indicated. But, the Users Manual describes one in the "Glove Box" for the Sunroof. The picture of it appears to be an "L" shape and not like the one in the console.

Oh I do not know. I am missing that one as well. Dang….I have three and I am missing parts.
