Olympic "Race Walking"
Yeah...so I was watching the start of the race walking and determined that it is officially the lamest event in the Olympics. Worst part is that CNBC or which ever TV station is showing the event in its entirety. 24 "greuling" laps that will span the time frame of almost four hours.
Come on people!!! How can walking fast be eventful. No one has swapped positions yet and it has been an hour already. Why even broadcast it. I'm currently channel surfing and every time I pass that station catch the progress and let me tell you it isn't the most eventful. Commentary is decent, however. Commentator 1- "And here they come around the bend..." Commentator 2- "OOOOh, I think I just saw some contact...yes, I sure did." Commentator 1- "I'm sure it will be hard to recover from such a stumble." Commentator 2- "Uhp, he just stumbled again. How devistating can this be to ones mindset..." And it goes on. Keith

race walking
Now race walking would get if.... everytime they complete a lap they had a shot of jack daniels... this would turn an other wise lame event into one that you could make side bets on.... the rules should still be in effect for the rest of the olympics but for the race walk they should entertain.
