$$$$
My personal favorite now, under the heading of "I might be able to afford one someday....used) is the new Infinity G35 coupe.
One heck of a car for the money, and beautiful lines. http://www.infiniti.com/discover/Mod...,23920,00.html Don

I totaly agree, I was looking at the Z350 over a year before they started production...when the idea of the g35 coupe came out i thought that it was the hottest car, still the best for your buck if you can live with rwd. Look at the specs for that car and you just love it even more hehe
Just give me an STi right now though |

Test drive
Leslie....the guys over at our local Subie dealer....the SALESpeople that is....the ones who have never tried to sell me anything since the dealership changed....the ones that promised me a test drive of a WRX and then forgot about me...the ones that know that we own two Subarus....and aren't interested in making it three?
I WILL TAKE THEIR FIRST STI OUT FOR A DRIVE!!!!! (if one of those guys comes along for a ride....he will get a RIDE all right..you know the road down to Prince? That will loosen his bowels...) ...then smile when I tell them that I will be looking for one........ on their used lot....in about six years. Don

i love 41, the nx running up and down there was awsome, did it in the svx, really realized my warped brakes. Also take 61 till you cross the county line, can hit bout 75 there easy. Those are the 2 roads i go out on when i get bored. 41 at 45 is not hard after you drive it about 6 times...

becoming available
<I doubt we'll be seeing many used STI's for sale in 6 years. I've only seen 2 or so used Impreza 2.5's here. (since 1998)>
Where you live, I'd say people keep their Subies a long time. Kinda like down here. Some become trade-ins after 4 or 5 years or longer though.....thats how I got my SVX. I sure couldn't/can't afford a new one. If I could have found a good deal on a 2.5RS, I probably would not have bought the Focus....although I am glad I did now! Don

Oh, it's gorgeous for sure. Now, imagine what a "retro" version of the original Datsun 240Z would look like, especially the side view. Yup - that's it. Ron.
