It is on next Tuesday. I think that link was for the show that aired yesterday with the preview of the show next week.

That is the link for their weekly show, this week it shows the 8/21 episode. Next week they will have the 8/28 SVX episode.

If it doesn't work for those outside of the US, I know there are ways to get around the country stuff with fake IP stuff. Hopefully someone here can explain it...

It is coming up on the history channel on Tues. 8/28/12 at 9:00 PM.
It is listed as season3/episode12 in my area.
The History Channel is #59 in the Philly/Wilm.,DE area on Comcast cable.

I set my DVR to record("tape?") it.
